86th birthday

Today would have been grandpa's 86th birthday. As a little kid I thought he would live forever. The tractor-driving, story-telling prankster you never quite knew if he was pulling your leg or telling the truth.

I couldn't think of anything to say at his memorial service, and I still can't.
Kram till dig, mofa.

He only had two teeth but he could chew stuff better than my granny, who has at least twice that amount.

Mother specially made him meatballs. :)
